- 1 tsp Yeast (I used active dry yeast)
- 5 tsp Sugar
- 2 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Water
Place all ingredients in 1lb bread maker in order as listed.
For best results, put on 4 hour basic setting. You can also do a bake rapid setting (3 hours).
When machine goes off, remove loaf from machine. Let cool 10 minutes prior to removing from pan.
Continue to cool until room temperature on wire rack. Slice with serrated knife.
Premature cutting of bread will be a little chewy bread because it's still cooking while it cools. Allow it to cool before enjoying.
I am using a Panasonic SD-BT10P Bread Maker.
