Instructions
Heat medium-large pot on medium heat. Add sliced bacon into pot and stir occasionally until bacon begins to crisp. Add in diced onions and continue to cook until onions are soft and translucent.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, bay leaf, water, vegetable base, and unsweetened almond milk (or choice of milk). Mix well.
Let soup get to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Mix guar gum with heavy cream and add into pot. Mix well and continue to cook as it thickens.
