Ingredients
Chopped Clams in Clam Juice: Clams simplified. Comes pre chopped and ready to use. Saves on having to buy additional clam juice.
Thick Cut Bacon: Nice thick chunks of caramelized bacon.
Onion: Browned onions add nice flavor.
Worcestershire Sauce: Tangy, salty goodness. Adds an extra kick.
Old Bay Seasoning: Classic seafood seasoning with a lite cajun feel.
Bay Leaf: Seasoning for the soup.
Heavy Cream: Creamy, indulgent keto goodness. Makes a very rich broth.
Unsweetened Almond Milk: I prefer almond milk because it’s lower calorie. Feel free to swap this with a dairy milk or unsweetened cashew milk.
Better than Boullion Vegetable Base: Me secret weapon for quick tasty broths! If you don’t have this ingredient, you can substitute the vegetable base and water with vegetable broth.
Guar Gum: Keto-friendly thickening agent more potent than cornstarch.
