Variations
Feel free to swap the broccoli rice with different fixings such as cauliflower rice, roasted potatoes, sautéed green leafy vegetables, green beans, brown rice, noodles, and\or salad.
Next time, feel free to customize the salmon seasoning with your own spice blends or dry spices. If you want more heat, increase how much cajun seasoning you use or add a pinch more cayenne pepper. If the spiciness of the cajun seasoning is too much for you, try la honey garlic salmon by using lemon juice, garlic powder, and/or onion powder.
Simply remove the skin and cube salmon, season and oil, cook at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cubing the salmon reduces your cook time significantly, especially if you have a huge piece of fish. Avoid dry salmon by checking on it when it gets close to 10 minutes.
You can try this cajun recipe in smaller batches in an air fryer: preheated 390 degrees F for 7-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Ingredients
Salmon: Fresh salmon skinned and cubed into bite size pieces. Loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids and protein.
Olive Oil: Great source of heart-healthy fats to coat our salmon in the roasting process and thin our hot honey sauce.
Cajun Seasoning: Spicy seasoning to give our salmon a nice kick. Feel free to use store bought or homemade cajun seasoning.
Smoked Paprika: Adds a lovely smokey flavor and red coloring.
Salt + Black Pepper: Seasoning enhancers.
Raw Honey: All natural sweetness balances the kick of the cajun spices and hot sauce.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Adds acidity to the sauce and is great for your gut.
Hot Sauce: Adds heat to sauce. I used Frank’s Red Hot but you can choose another. I recommend sticking with a red pepper sauce.
Broccoli Stalks: Usually the stalks are discarded. Save them! These can be processed to make broccoli rice, a low carb alternative to rice.
