WHAT'S SPECIAL
Easy and healthy one pan Harrissa-Honey salmon done in one hour! Serve with herby-tangy Goddess Dressing, made from avocado, Greek yogurt, jalapeño, and herbs. Makes for a tasty weeknight meal.

Easy one pan salmon seasoned with harissa and honey. Simple, healthy, and rich with Moroccan and Spanish spices. Perfect for a weeknight meal or gathering.

With Easter coming up, salmon serves as a perfect alternative to lamb. It’s rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and high in protein. Who wouldn’t love it?

We roast the potatoes before the salmon to ensure that they have enough time to fully cook. It’s genius on saving time and reduces the need to dirty another dish.

All About the Dressing

This Goddess Dressing is deliciously herby and creamy. The Jalapeño gives it a little kick. Not terribly spicy but gives it a different tasting profile than a traditional salmon dinner. It compliments the harissa.

The sauce will be very thick. You can add a little water to thin it out if you want. Just don’t overdo it.

What Kind of Potatoes are Those?

These are stokes purple® sweet potato! I saw it at the supermarket and had to try it. It’s a unique potato variety with purple skin and flesh that intensifies when cooked.

Should you not find these in your local supermarket, you may supplement with any potato your heart desires. You may slice or dice them any which way.

Modifications

Not everyone is a fan of super spicy foods. It’s okay to add or reduce the amount of harissa spice used on the salmon. You can also use less jalapeño or omit it all-together.

  1. I have cooked with these sweet potatoes before. I always find them at Whole Foods Market (hard to find elsewhere). I love your presentation on the plate 🤓👍🏼🍻
